Ant McPartlin’s new girlfriend reportedly organised a 10-year anniversary party for him and wife Lisa Armstrong just 10 months before they struck up a romance.

Anne-Marie Corbett, who is now dating the TV presenter, is said to have been instrumental in planning the 2016 trip to Portugal to celebrate the then-couple’s landmark anniversary.

According to the Mirror, the couple’s PA of six years arranged the food, drinks and entertainment for the trip and even looked on as McPartlin gave a moving speech about Armstrong.

“Lisa is absolutely furious she let Anne-Marie into their life, her home – and even allowed her to help them with such a special occasion celebrating their love. How things have changed. She is in bits,” a source told the publication.

Armstrong and McPartlin celebrated their anniversary with a blow-out trip to the Algave with family and close friends.

The couple reportedly called time on their marriage 10 months ago, with Armstrong unaware that McPartlin has begun a relationship with Corbett until it emerged in the press last week.

Armstrong, who is currently still married to the TV presenter, posted a string of tweets on Sunday night as she revealed she had not been informed about her husband’s new relationship before the news broke.

Responding to a Twitter follower who had said she “hoped he didn’t let you find out from the media”, Armstrong replied: “Nope. Just how you guys did.”

The pair reportedly had an explosive row over custody of their beloved dog just hours before his drink-drive crash.

The TV presenter was arrested after his Mini crashed into two other cars in London back in March, he was later fined £86,000 and banned from driving for 20 months.
