Andy Murray set to reveal doubles partner with Serena Williams link-up likely

1/61

Andy Murray will make a decision about his mixed-doubles partner on Tuesday — and a headline-grabbing link-up with Serena Williams is still in the making.

The entry deadline is 11am on Wednesday but Murray is expected to reveal all by this evening.

The Scot has been rejected by a host of suitors, including French Open champion Ash Barty, but said yesterday: “I am definitely playing in the mixed, I have got my partner… well, I am 90% sure.”

Williams, 37, faces Guilia Gatto-Monticone in the last match on Centre Court today.

The 23-time Grand Slam winner has left the door open to teaming up with Murray.

“I’m available. I’m feeling better now, so I’m definitely available.

“Let’s see how my knee’s going. I’m finally doing good. I don’t want to, like, go back.”
