Rossi thriller for Donington

Italian Valentino Rossi came through from 11th place on the starting grid to take the British Motorcycle Grand Prix in front of 40,000 fans at Donington Park.

Rossi recorded Honda's 150th Grand Prix win with a thrilling ride.

Britain's main hope, Jeremy McWilliams, crashed out of the 250cc race and broke his collarbone.

The 37-year-old Belfast racer faces an operation this week but expects to return in two weeks.
