Quins in £8.5m stand plan

Harlequins plan to start work in January on an £8.5million stand designed to increase capacity at The Stoop to 12,500.

Provided they receive planning permission, the work could be completed by September next year. Season ticket sales have increased from 500 to 5,000 in the last five years.
