Ian Holloway never gave less than everything when he was a player and there's no change now that he has graduated to management. Holloway was quick to apologise following his touchline rant at Cardiff in midweek but there are fans who prefer their managers to be animated, rather than sitting on the bench looking miserable. A win over Chesterfield tomorrow would certainly add to the excitement down at Loftus Road.
