Peeters new injury blow hits Millwall

Millwall's striker crisis went from bad to worse today with Bob Peeters likely to be out for at least a week because of a thigh injury picked up in training.

The Belgian's return after suspension would have eased manager Dennis Wise's problems for tomorrow's game against Derby at The Den.

Millwall are already without Mark McCammon (knee), Noel Whelan (hamstring) and Neil Harris (ankle) and were forced to play midfielder Tim Cahill in attack in last week's 1-0 defeat by Reading.

Wise has been linked with a loan move for Fulham's Argentine striker Facundo Sava.
