Brawler Nick D'Arcy gets Olympics green light

Nick D'arcy, who was expelled from the Australia team for the Beijing Olympics for assaulting a
team-mate, was today cleared to compete for a spot at London 2012.

The 200metres butterfly swimmer filed for bankruptcy after being ordered by a court to pay Simon Cowley £122,000 after breaking his jaw, nose and eye socket in March 2008. But team chiefs now say they will consider D'Arcy for the Games.
