Ling is guarded

Martin Ling has told his players not to get carried away with their recent good form ahead of tomorrow's trip to Boston.

Orient are unbeaten in their last five games and have moved to within six points of the play-off places, but Ling insists the hard work is yet to come.

He said: "The top seven isn't that far away but we don't want to run before we can walk."

Justin Miller will replace the suspended David Hunt in midfield.
