Holloway's anger

Ian Holloway has urged football bosses to introduce a maximum wind speed for competitive matches.

QPR came from two goals down to draw 2-2 in blustery conditions at Wycombe but Holloway said the game should not have been played.

He said: "The conditions were laughable. The game should not go ahead in such conditions."
