Freddie's migraine gives Arsene a headache

Freddie Ljungberg was today reporting to Arsenal's medical staff about the migraine that threatens to keep him out of Sunday's clash with Chelsea.

Arsene Wenger said: "Freddie had a massive migraine and is not sure for Sunday. The doctors tell me it will take two or three days for him to get over it but it is not sure how he will recover physically."

The Arsenal manager is already without midfielders Edu and Gilberto Silva, who are injured, and his suspended captain Patrick Vieira.

Meanwhile, Paulo Ferreira today hailed Jose Mourinho as the best coach in the world who can win Chelsea an unprecedented four trophies this season. He said: "I'm not surprised that we're doing so well because I know the coach and know what he can do. There's no shock for us and I expected it to be like this. Mourinho is the best coach in the world for me and I'm sure he will repeat his success at Porto with Chelsea.

"We won four trophies in Portugal last season and can win four trophies in England. He's done it before and can do it again."
