Defending champions Germany have been knocked out of the World Cup after a 2-0 defeat to South Korea in Kazan. Sweden and Mexico have qualified from Group F.

There was jubilation from both sides at the full-time whistle after they qualified for the second round - with defending champions Germany going home.

Sweden celebrated topping Group F while Mexico qualified after Germany lost 2-0 to South Korea.
