Watford's new towering striker Obbi Oulare has admitted he wants to use his physical presence to terrorise Premier League defences this season similar to Liverpool forward Christian Benteke.
The Hornets announced the signing of the 19-year-old striker from Belgian side Club Brugge on transfer deadline day, with 6ft 5in Oulare having previously come through Lille's famed academy like Chelsea star Eden Hazard and Liverpool's Divock Origi.
And the Belgian Under-21 international - who scored seven goals in 30 appearances in all competitions for Club Brugge last term - said Watford fans can expect to see him play in a similar manner to his compatriot Benteke this season.
"There's a lot of players from Belgium in the Premier League," he said.
"But I'm most similar in style to Benteke. I'm tall and strong and want to use that to my advantage.
"English football is physical and I have the attributes to succeed at Watford."
Oulare also revealed he had not anticipated a move to the Premier League this summer, but admitted his delight at being given the chance to help Watford avoid relegation from the top-flight after being promoted to the Premier League at the end of last season.
"I was expecting to stay one more season in Belgium but things change quickly," he said.
"Hopefully I can help Watford do something special this year."
