Bahrain and Japan meet today in the penultimate Asian Cup last-16 game.

Bahrain managed to finish top of Group E, ahead of South Korea, but their reward is a knockout meeting with one of the tournament favourites in Doha.

The Samurai Blue boast an excellent record against today’s opponents and have not lost to them since way back in 2009, though have not enjoyed the best of competitions so far having been upset by Iraq during the group stage and finished as runners-up.

Here’s how to watch all the action today.

Where to watch Bahrain vs Japan

TV channel and live stream: In the UK, the whole tournament is being broadcast live by TrillerTV, formerly FITE. Coverage starts at 11:20am GMT on Wednesday morning ahead of an 11:30am kick-off.

You can watch online via their website or app. The app can be cast from your phone to a compatible TV or with a compatible Smart TV through the Triller app.

The subscription channel costs £7.99 per month or £69.99 for a year. Both options come with a seven-day free trial.
