FA Cup Final hymn 'Abide with Me' will be led by a choir of representatives from 14 clubs across the UK ahead Manchester United's meeting with Chelsea at Wembley on Saturday.

The chorus was first sung ahead of an FA Cup Final in 1927 and has been part of the pre-match build-up every year the showpiece has been held since.

In 2015, a choir of 64 was put together by Songs of Praise with each member representing one club that had qualified for the third round of that year's FA Cup.

And this year again a choir will lead supporters in a rendition of the famous hymn before Jose Mourinho and Antonio Conte send their teams out for battle in a bid to claim the final domestic trophy of the campaign.

Wearing their club colours, the 14 lucky singers will join vocalists from the RAF to kick-start the celebrations before kick-off.

As well as a lifelong Chelsea fan, the choir will include individuals representing Manchester United, Coventry, Notts County and Academic Club London, who play in the ninth tier of English football.
