Eden Hazard has dropped a hint that he is ready to agree a new Chelsea deal just like team-mate Thibaut Courtois.

Courtois told Standard Sport on Thursday that he is 'close' to agreeing an extension to remain at the club but stressed the importance of Hazard doing the same.

The Belgium keeper admitted that the duo have been encouraging each other to commit their long-term future to Chelsea.

And Hazard said: "I don’t know who’ll be the first to sign a new deal. That’s a secret.”

Chelsea take on Norwich City in the FA Cup Third Round tomorrow with defender David Luiz set to play for the first time in six weeks.

Luiz has fully recovered from a knee injury and Conte has confirmed he is in contention for selection.

Youngster Charly Musonda, who could be loaned out for the rest of the season if Barkley makes the switch to west London, is also available after a knee problem.
