Chelsea striker Tammy Abraham will spend next season at Swansea after agreeing a one-year loan move to Paul Clement's side.

Both Chelsea and Swansea confirmed that Abraham, 19, will spend the 2017/18 campaign at the Liberty Stadium where the England Under-21 international will link back up with Clement, who previously coached the youth side at Stamford Bridge.

The move comes after Abraham agreed a new five-year contract at Stamford Bridge that is set to take his wages up to £50,000-a-week.

Abraham found himself in demand this summer after impressing during his loan spell with Championship side Bristol City last season where he scored 26 goals in all competitions.

Newly-promoted Newcastle and Brighton were both interested in signing the 19-year-old but Swansea have now won the race for Abraham, who'll get the chance to prove to Chelsea coach Antonio Conte he can make an impact in the Premier League with the Swans next term.
