Former Chelsea technical director Michael Emenalo says fans have no need to worry about Antonio Conte departing the club, insisting the Italian coach enjoys "a lot of respect" with the board and owner Roman Abramovich.
Conte led Chelsea to the Premier League title and an FA Cup final spot in his debut season in England last term, but had to watch on as his side endured a tough start to the current campaign.
Chelsea's early-season form plus the fact Conte missed out on some of his top transfer targets led to reports that he could look to leave the club - although Emenalo has now quashed such a notion.
The Nigerian left his role as Chelsea's technical director in early November and has since taken up the position of Monaco's sporting director.
And in his first interview on Chelsea since leaving the club, Emenalo revealed just how good of a relationship Conte enjoys with the Blues board.
"Chelsea are very lucky," Emenalo told talkSPORT.
"Every year we seemed to find some very good people to manage or coach that club and I think in Antonio Conte they have one of the best three coaches in the world.
"I think that he enjoys a lot of respect at the senior level, the board level and the ownership level of the club, so there should be no worries at all.

"It is true that I have a very good personal relationship with him, I love his work, I love his passion, I love his ideas.
"But I think he’ll be just fine.
"He is surrounded by a lot of competent assistants, those he brought with him and those who were already at the club, and their recent results just show they will keep going on stronger and stronger."
