Antonio Conte believes constant speculation about his job at Chelsea is "normal" and isn't interested in what people have to say about his struggles at Stamford Bridge this season.

Despite still having a year left on his current contract at Chelsea and despite the Italian insisting he wants to see out the remainder of his deal, Conte is expected to leave the Blues this summer.

It comes in spite of the former Italy and Juventus coach leading Chelsea to the Premier League title in his first season in charge and after a difficult second season in which the Blues look likely to miss out on a Champions League spot.

Chelsea are believed to have already compiled a shortlist of possible replacements for Conte should he depart this summer, which includes Maurizio Sarri, Luis Enrique and Massimiliano Allegri.

But Conte isn't worried about the speculation that surrounds his future at Chelsea, telling reporters at Cobham: "I think this is normal. This is normal. This is our job. Our life.

"As you know very well, our job is very difficult for this reason because you stay, not every day... actually, this season every day... you stay in balance.

"It's normal to have a lot of speculation around you. But this is normal. This is my job. We have to live with this pressure, with this type of situation. I have great respect for everyone. It's right to have this type of situation."

Conte went on to say he isn't interested in how people have perceived the job he has done at Chelsea because he fully trusts in his work at the club.

When asked whether he believes Chelsea managers are judged differently to other coaches in the Premier League, Conte replied: "I don't know and, I must be honest, I'm not interested in this.

"As I said before, I do my job. I trust a lot in my work, I trust a lot in my capacity and the capacity of my staff. This is the only important thing for me. As you know very well, at the end of the season, only one teams win the league. Three more take a place in the Champions League, two in the Europa League.

"You have the possibility to win a trophy, the Carabao Cup or FA Cup, but, for sure, it's not simple. Not easy to win. For a second season in a row, we're fighting to win something. Last season we won the league. This season we have the possibility to win another important trophy, and then we'll see."
