Join us for over-by-over coverage from Lord's, as England look to take a 2-0 lead in this Ashes series.

Australia will be hoping to bounce back after defeat in Cardiff, with Michael Clarke admitting it won't be easy to square the series at the MCC.

Moeen Ali was declared fit for England as Australia made two changes to their XI.

A side problem limited the amount of practice Moeen was able to do but captain Alastair Cook insisted the off-spinner was “fine and ready to go”.

For Australia, who chose to bat after winning the toss, Mitchell Marsh and Peter Nevill made their Ashes debuts, while fast bowler Mitchell Starc passed a fitness test on his ankle injury.

Marsh was preferred in the all-rounder’s role to Shane Watson, whose international future is now in doubt. Nevill, making his Test debut, stepped in as wicketkeeper after Brad Haddin withdrew for family reasons.

Captain Michael Clarke said: “Lord’s is a wonderful place to play and we hope we can have success here like we did in 2005.”
