Andersen's challenge

Danish goalkeeper Stephan Andersen cannot wait to make his second Charlton appearance tomorrow, when his side visit Chelsea.

The 23-year-old was given his full debut against Manchester United last week and is set to keep his place despite letting in four goals at Old Trafford.

Andersen, who was signed for £720,000 from AB Copenhagen last summer, said: "I was looking for the chance and I got it for the Manchester United game. Hopefully I will play in the next couple.

"I'll take it one day at a time and do what I have to do and prepare as well as I can." Kevin Lisbie is pushing for a start tomorrow following his return from injury.

Meanwhile, Charlton have announced two high-profile fixtures for their pre-season schedule. Feyenoord and Lazio are pencilled in for early-August visits to The Valley.
