Pregnant Julia admitted to hospital

Film star Julia Roberts, seven months pregnant with twins, has been admitted to hospital after experiencing early contractions, it was reported today.
She was taken to a Los Angeles hospital on Saturday night and hooked up to a foetal monitor, according to People.com.
Even though the contractions stopped, Roberts was admitted to the hospital for observation, and will stay until "at least the near future," the US magazine's website said.
Doctors have advised bed rest for Roberts until she gives birth, the website said. Roberts, 36, is expecting twins in January.
