Lily Allen has revealed that she suffers from arthritis in her hands and knees.

When the singer, 24, was asked if she encouraged stage divers, she told Q magazine: "They're not a problem but don't expect me to get involved. I've already got mild arthritis in my hands and knees, so it wouldn't be a good idea. It runs in my family. My bones break very easily so don't try and pull me in or I'll scream very loudly."

And we wouldn't want that.
