Cat Deeley stunned organisers when she was reluctant to have her picture taken as she hosted an awards ceremony.

A photographer at the Guinness anniversary bash in Dublin last night said of Cat, 32: "She refused to have any live shots of her presenting the awards, insisting the only pictures put out were posed before the event."
