In a scenario that could only happen in Hollywood, straight-laced ambitious high school senior Matthew (Emile Hirsch) discovers to his delight that a sexy, attractive young woman (Elisha Cuthbert) has moved in next door and, guess what kids, she's a porn star...
While such a plotline would confine most DVDs to the bargain bin, this film isn't as dumb as it sounds. Hirsch gives a credible performance as swatty student to Cuthbert's savvy but sweet 'tart with a heart'
Hirsch's even nerdier friends provide the comic relief, whilst the arrival of Cuthbert's ex-boyfriend and porn-producer (Timothy Olyphant) takes the film up a notch. And the film's producers are keen to a moral message amongst all the porn gags, stripteases, lapdancing and porn gags - love is all you really need.
