Ant and Dec have received a Royal Television Society nomination for the 15th time.

The Geordie duo, who picked up their 15th NTA back in January, look set to do the same at the television industry awards in March.

Nominated in the Entertainment Performance category for their body of work over the last year, the pair will go up against Jack Whitehouse and The Last Leg’s Adam Hills.

Over in the acting categories, Claire Foy has been nominated for Best Actress for her role in Wolf Hall, as has Suranne Jones for Doctor Foster and Claire Rushbrook for Home Fires.

There’s an A-list line-up in the Best Actor category as Anthony Hopkins has been nominated for The Dresser, as has Tom Courtenay for Unforgotten and Adam Long for Don’t Take My Baby Home.

Wolf Hall, This Is England ’90 and The Lost Honour of Christopher Jeffries will go head-to-head in the Best Drama Serial category.

Awards organisers have announced that they have mixed up their judging panel for this year’s awards, to include more women and people from different ethnic backgrounds.

“We have substantially changed the make-up of the judging chairs and the juries to a pattern that I feel is now more representative of Britain and of our viewers,” said award chair Alex Mahon.

"This year, of the 200 or so jurors, we moved to 52% female and 27% BAME [black, Asian and minority ethnic.”

The winners will be announced at a ceremony on March 22.
