Ross Kemp says he won’t stop his hilarious England World Cup reaction videos as he doesn’t want to jinx country

Ross Kemp became an instant viral sensation with his rather terrifying World Cup celebration video during England’s match against Colombia last week.

And after the former EastEnders star pulled another bizarre yet amazing video out of the bag during Saturday’s win against Sweden, it seems that he’s on a roll.

Kemp has now admitted that he will continue to film his reaction to England matches as the team gear up for the semi-final, as he doesn’t wasn’t to “jinx” their chances.

“I have to watch it on my own, there is now a routine. I’m not going to jinx anything,” he said on Monday’s Good Morning Britain.

"There’s a routine there and I’m not breaking it. I generally have to watch it on my own as I’m a danger to myself and others. I am banished to the other end of the house.”

Many viewers were left confused by the fact that Kemp appeared to be completely shirtless in his videos, which the actor simply putting it down to the heat.

“A hot room, clearly. I’m not going to change anything,” he said, adding that his England shirt would be “sitting next to him”.

Talking about England’s upcoming game against Croatia, Kemp said: “I think we’ve played them six times, we’ve won four times let’s make it five.

“I’m staying in my little hot room with my two beers, because it’s working. We might stretch it to four [beers]. We should all be incredibly proud of those guys.”

Kemp first went viral last week when he posted a video of himself shouting: “You will never know what that means to me. That is everything. Everything. We love you boys. We love you.”

The tweet clocked up 10,000 retweets and 36,000 likes. Fans joked they had been left “scared s***less” by the former EastEnders hardman, while others compared him to Thing from Fantastic Four.
