A petition to replace Lady Gaga as the Super Bowl half time performer has now surpassed 50,000 signatures.

Despite the fact that the superstar has already started rehearsals for Sunday’s show, some people are keen for hip hop acts to perform instead.

A Change.org petition calls for Migos to open the show, followed by Future and Outkast and culminating in sets by Bun B and Jay Z.

Started by a ‘producer’ called Justin G, it reads: “Halftime should be Migos killing Bad and Boujee, Future kills em with March Madness, then Outkast comes out and does an AQUEMINI sampler and then they end it with BUN B and JAY Z DOING BIG PIMPIN!!!!

“If you’re gonna put on a show for billions THIS IS THE ONLY SHOW (sic).”

It continues: “Very Simple, the Atlanta Falcons are in the Super Bowl and it’s gonna be in Houston. Two of the TRILLEST hip-hop communities under ONE ROOF. Your entertainment choices have to change RIGHT NOW.

“Preshow should be Rae Sremmurd, Gucci, Goodie Mob, Luda and Young Jeezy. Young Thug needs to sing “Guwop Home”, the official anthem of Atlanta.

“Andre 3000 should sing the national anthem with Erykah Badu. By sing I mean hit Donald Trump with a FIRE 64 bars.”

Gaga isn’t about to back out any time soon, recently admitting that performing at the Super Bowl has always been one of her major ambitions.

“I’ve been planning this since I was 4, so I know exactly what I’m going to do,” she said back in October.

“For me, it’s all about giving to the fans and bringing people together that wouldn’t normally come together."
