Lindsay Lohan is “back b******” and she’s turned prankster for a new TV show.

The US actress, 30, will take over social media accounts for 24 hours while the owners complete three embarrassing challenges in exchange for “fabulous” prizes.

Titled, The Anti-Social Network, the new show will be reminiscent of Ashton Kutcher's MTV series Punk'd.

The trailer sees the Parent Trap actress questioning how much people rely on social media – and warning people not to leave their phones unattended.

“I love social media. I mean, I am social media,” she says in the teaser. “Everybody knows you should never leave your phone around, especially around me.

“So I decided to hijack your social media – your Instagram, Snapchat, Facebook, Twitter, all of it – for 24 hours.

“If you can pull off three challenges, you'll win some fabulous prizes. They won't know that I'm the one pulling the strings.”

She is shown giving tasks to her first victim Charlie, who has to pose naked for an art class, perform stand-up comedy, and declare his love for his boss.

She continues: “I’ve decided to dare people to really question how much their social media is worth.”

Lohan posted the trailer on Twitter alongside the caption: “RT if you are excited about my new show.”

The announcement comes months after she took a break from social media.

Speaking to Mail Online in January a representative for Lohan said: “[Lindsay] is in a period of renewal, and is very excited for what the new year holds.”
