Lindsay Lohan admits she screwed up and drank alcohol

Lindsay Lohan has admitted to drinking again.

The actress admitted she “screwed up” on reality TV show 'Lindsay' and had an alcohol relapse.

The revelations were made as Lohan's life coach, AJ Johnson, confronted her in last night's episode of the docu-series.

The Mean Girls actress, 27, was furious to be challenged on camera and at first denied accusations that she had relapsed.

She later confessed breaking sobriety by drinking a glass of wine.

The redhead, who has been to rehab six times, disclosed that her slip-up followed involvement with an unnamed partner who drank. She said: "I rushed into a relationship … and I jumped right into a relationship where we weren't on the same page.

"I wasn't considering the fact that the person I was seeing does drink and yeah. ... I had some wine."

The Parent Trap star said she felt "so much guilt" following her lapse and wanted to make sure it didn't happen again.

"It's OK to admit it. It's really scary. It took me a bit to realise, but then I thought, why am I holding this in? "Yeah, f**k it, I screwed up and that's OK."

The actress also revealed in the interview, aired on Oprah Winfrey's OWN network, that she finds it hard being in LA. She said: "It's this constant kind of unsettling feeling that I have there."
