Liam Gallagher launches expletive Twitter attack on BRIT Awards

The singer hit out at those who have "abducted" the British music scene

Liam Gallagher launched an expletive Twitter attack on the BRIT Awards, saying British music has been “abducted”.

Gallagher, 43, offered up a commentary on the annual event as the ceremony got under way at London’s O2 Arena.

He kicked off his critique by tweeting: “Where do I f*****g start LG x.”

The former Oasis singer allegedly compared Critics Choice winner Jack Garratt to King Henry VIII after he was shown on screen.

Gallagher quipped: “Henry the 8th eat your heart out Ha ha LG x.”

He then slammed the “massive c****s” who he claims have ruined the British music scene and told his followers that he was glad to be outside of it.

He finished: “Music in the UK has been abducted by massive c***s THE END LG x.

“Thank f**k I got out when I got out out LG x.”

Adele was the big winner on Wednesday night with four awards including Global Success which was presented to her by Tim Peake on the International Space Station. Other winners included James Bay, Tame Impala, Coldplay and One Direction.
