Khloe Kardashian has broken her silence on Lamar Odom’s recent hospitalisation.

The Keeping Up With The Kardashian’s star has opened up about the moment she heard that her former husband was in a coma and ‘had to get’ to his bedside.

In an interview with People magazine, she said: “All I knew was I had to get there.

“I had to get to him and make sure he was okay. I hate that he was in that situation.

“I wouldn't want anybody in that situation, especially someone I love and care about."

The 31-year-old, who was at Odom’s bedside after he was found unconscious at a Nevada brothel earlier this month, has said that her mind isn’t on rekindling their relationship.

She said: “There are too many other important things, too many medical things.

“It's not even in our brains thinking about us as a couple or having a relationship right now.”

“I loved him always, and I will always love him," she said

"I don't believe love is fickle. I believe when you love someone, you are allowed to love from afar. You don't have to be with that person in order to love him.”

Odom, 35, is currently recovering in an LA hospital.
