Khloe Kardashian has opened up about the body issues her “skinny” sister Kendall Jenner and “overweight” brother Rob are forced to deal with.

The reality TV star, 33, spoke openly about her siblings on the latest series of her hit show Revenge Body which aims to help people achieve their dream body makeover.

Kardashian, who is currently pregnant with her first child, attempted to help a married couple tackle their individual weight struggles.

Allison, is desperate to lose weight while her husband Chad is trying to gain.

Kardashian sympathised with their situation, branding the hate towards them “bullying.”

She then revealed that her half-sister Jenner and brother Rob have similarly struggled with different body issues.

Speaking to the couple, she said: “I know how you feel [Allison]. You feel like trapped in your own body, and I feel that way for my brother, who has gained a lot of weight. It’s debilitating.

"I don't think people sympathise when people are body shamed for being too thin.

"My sister Kendall, when she was growing up, she was very skinny and she used to get bullied all the time for being too skinny.

"And I think body shaming of any kind is still bullying and not acceptable."

Kardashian then added that she would be separating the couple throughout the process so that she could reveal the results at the end.
