Gemma Collins has told Olympic champions Jayne Torvill and Christopher Dean to move over ahead of her appearance on Dancing on Ice.

The TOWIE star has vowed to take home the “Bolero Cup” after setting herself some ambitious targets alongside professional partner Matt Evers.

In a first look at the upcoming show, Collins declared that she is “not here to take part I’m here to take over”.

Speaking to Evers, the 37-year-old demanded: “Opening night, I want to do the splits, I want to do a couple of spins and I want fireworks.

“Torvill and Dean you better take a step to the left because I’m about to win the Bolero Cup.”

Elsewhere in the clip, Collins can be seen taking a few hard tumbles as she attempts to do a spin.

The star’s comments come after she couldn’t hide her excitement as she skated towards Phillip Schofield and Holly Willoughby at the Dancing on Ice launch on Tuesday.

Collins showed off her slimmed down figure in a black sparkly outfit as she held hands with Evers.

The TV star was all smiles as she held out her arms to greet host Schofield, who welcomed her in for a hug.

Collins, who revealed she has dropped a dress size while training for the show, is one of the 12 celebrities taking to the rink in January.

Former Strictly Come Dancing professional James Jordan, Grease legend Didi Conn and X Factor star Saara Aalto are all set to lace up their skates in battle for the coveted trophy.
