Leading ladies Dakota Johnson and Rebel Wilson braved the wind and rain to be reunited at the European premiere of How To Be Single.

The pair – who play Alice and Robin in the Christian Ditter directed film – embraced each other with a hug as they walked the pink carpet in London’s Leicester Square.

Dakota Johnson looked stunning in a golden gown while Wilson opted for a blue sequin number as she perfected her pout for photographers.

Speaking to reporters, Wilson joked that Johnson has asked her to star in the third Fifty Shades of Grey instalment. "She asked me, somehow it came up," she said. "She said there’s a role for me in the third movie. I was like 'Dakots, I don’t know'."

They were joined by their co-stars Leslie Man – who took shelter under a large umbrella – and Alison Brie who put on a striking display in a revealing blue dress.

Although the film follows the characters as they learn how to be single – Wilson recently revealed that she has her sights set on Justin Bieber.

Speaking to Sky News about the Canadian pop star she said: "I think we're a good match.

"When presented with an opportunity to pick him up I did. I went for it. I totally succeeded.”

Wilson peppered him with love notes on Twitter after bumping into the singer at a Jennifer Lopez concert.

"I mean I don't know if he feels the same way,” she said. “I'm going to be here (London) for Valentine's Day for the BAFTAs. I'm hoping he'll send flowers or a pony."

Other attendees at Tuesday night’s premiere included Talia Storm, Dannielle Lloyd, Amy Childs and Jamie Laing - who was accompanied by Louis Tomlinson’s ex-girlfriend Eleanor Calder.

How To Be Single is set for UK cinema release on February 19.
