Cheryl has slammed “mummy shamers,” telling them to “shut the f*** up” after admitting to sharing a bed with her one-year-old son.

The former Girls Aloud singer, 35, welcomed Bear with ex-boyfriend Liam Payne last March, and shunned the spotlight in favour of spending time with her first-born.

Despite keeping schtum on her parenting, she hit out at those who criticise other mother’s, telling them to “get a life”.

“I’m going to get mum-shamed, aren’t I? But yes, he does [sleep in her bed]. Best thing in the world,” she told Sunday Times Style.

“I don't want to give him insecurities or a feeling like I’m not around. But at the same time I don’t judge anybody that does the crying-out thing. Do what works for you, and the rest of you shut the f*** up, because it's not your business, is it?”

She continued: “I haven't experienced it, because I haven’t done an interview [since Bear was born], so I have no idea. But I read about other people being mum-shamed and I think, get a life, deal with your own kids, why are you interfering in everyone else’s?”

Cheryl returned to the spotlight on Friday as she dropped her first new single in four years.

The mother-of-one debuted her new look on the video for Love Made Me Do It, leaving fans concerned for her appearance.

But she hit back saying becoming a mother changed her face. “My whole body, even my face, everything’s changed since Bear was born,” she said.

“But I feel like I'm better than who I was. I don’t care what my body looks like in that respect. I created a life!”

Cheryl welcomed Bear with Payne in March 2017, but they split a year later.

He proved there are no hard feelings after reaching out to his ex to congratulate her on her new single, telling fans he can’t wait for her to release her upcoming album.
