Ariana Grande has been forced to pull out of a concert in Vietnam on the advice of her doctor after suffering from “health problems.”

The US pop star told fans that she was “so sorry” for cancelling Wednesday night’s show at the Quân khu 7 Stadium as there is “nothing she hates more” than missing a performance.

Revealing the news on Instagram, Grande wrote: “My babes in Vietnam, I apologize from the bottom of my heart but I'm really dealing with some health problems at the moment.

“I came here to Vietnam, so excited to perform. My doctor won't allow me to do the show for you tonight.”

She continued: “I'm so so sorry. There is nothing I hate to do more than to do this but I promise to make it up to you in the future. I love you and thank you for understanding.”

The next stop on Grande’s Dangerous Woman world tour is due to be August 26 in Beijing, followed by dates in New Zealand, Australia, Singapore and Taiwan.

Grande was recently made an honorary citizen of Manchester after raising more than £3 million for the victims of the Manchester Arena bombings back in May.

The singer was paised for returning to the city just two weeks after the horrific attack after her concert, to headline the One Love Manchester show.

Grande said she was “heartbroken” following the terror attack that killed 22 people and injured more than 100 on May 22.

She returned later that month to meet those affected by the bombing and visit the injured in hospital.
