Sign of the times

Luxury watch marque Hublot’s latest collection is a lesson in Italian flamboyance. The brainchild of Fiat heir Lapo Elkann (who owns eyewear company Italia Independent), Elkann has reimagined the Classic Fusion timepiece with a series of colourful fabric dials and straps, using cloth sourced from master tailor Luca Rubinacci. The result is a collection that would make Gianni Agnelli, Elkann’s stylish late grandfather, proud.
