Crash: The collision happened on Millbank

A man is fighting for life after his mobility scooter collided with a van outside Parliament.
Emergency services rushed to Millbank at 6.05pm on Wednesday after reports of the crash.
The man on the scooter, believed to be aged in his 80s, was taken to a south London hospital.
Police say he is currently in a critical condition.
Millbank, near the junction with Great College Street, was cordoned off by police while investigations took place.
A Met Police spokesman said the van driver stopped at the scene and there had been no arrests.
