How best to get revenge on a banner of books? By writing him into one. The Australian novelist Kathy Lette — who was at Trafalgar Studios for the first night of the poignant Eton schoolboy drama Another Country last week — tells the Londoner she just made a last-minute addition to her latest novel. “I’ve renamed the villain Chris Grayling,” she said. “At the end he is sent to prison — and has nothing to read.”
