Racist thugs attacked two brothers at a pub during Chelsea's Premier League victory parade, leaving one with a triple jaw fracture after being kicked in the head as he lay on the floor.

The younger man, 37, had confronted the men after they started punching his brother, 40, in the pub toilets.

Once outside the the Duke on the Green in Fulham, the men unleashed their "sustained and vicious" racially motivated assault, throwing him to the floor before kicking him in the head and face.

He had confronted the group after they punched his brother, 40, in the head while he was in the toilets of the New Kings Road pub on May 25.

Scotland Yard today released two CCTV images showing pub-goers who are believed to have information about the attack. The pub was packed out for the event and police believe there would have been a number of witnesses.

Det Sgt Clare Chattaway, heading the investigation, said: "A day of celebration ended in misery, with the victims and their family still in shock from what took place.

"This was a particularly vicious assault with one victim continuing to receive medical treatment for the injuries he sustained when he was brutally kicked in the face.

"We would appeal to anyone with information about these two men featured in the images to please make contact with us."

Anyone with information is asked to contact Hammersmith and Fulham CID on 020 8246 2460 or 101, or call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
