Police are hunting this man after a ticket inspector was assaulted on a London bus.

The 32-year-old victim was allegedly repeatedly punched and scratched during the altercation on a route 207 bus in Hanwell, west London.

Detectives today released a CCTV image of a man wanted in connection with the assault at around 12.20pm on Wednesday, January 7.

He is described as a Somali man, about 5ft 8ins tall, between 35 to 40-years-old, and of very slim build wearing a denim jacket.
