A man has been charged with murder after a 60-year-old east Londoner was found stabbed to death in a flat in Bow.

Patrick Dunn, 24, was arrested on Thursday and charged the following day with murder and grievous bodily harm.

His arrest comes after Keith Sinclair was killed in a suspected knife attack on Wednesday.

Police were called to reports of an injured man on Bow Common Lane just after 11pm, where they discovered a 54-year-old man with stab wounds.

As he was rushed to hospital he notified paramedics of a second injured man at a nearby address.

Police then found the man, who was later identified as Keith, with serious injuries. He later died at the scene.

Dunn, of no fixed abode, was due to appear this morning at Thames Magistrates’ Court.
