Prince Harry is officially off the market.

The 33-year-old prince married Ms Meghan Markle this afternoon and the pair were granted the new titles as the Duke and Duchess of Sussex.

During the hour-long ceremony, we watched as Meghan and Harry said their vows to one another and exchanged wedding rings.

According to an official royal statement, Meghan's wedding ring was crafted out of a piece of Welsh gold gifted to her by Harry's grandmother, the Queen.

Prince Harry's ring is a platinum band with a textured finish, it was revealed. The statement also said both rings were crafted by Cleave and Company.

The statement said: "Prince Harry and Ms. Meghan Markle have chosen Cleave and Company to make their Wedding rings.

"Ms. Markle's ring has been fashioned from a piece of Welsh Gold, gifted by Her Majesty The Queen.

"Prince Harry's ring will be a Platinum Band with a textured finish. Both rings were crafted in the Cleave workshop.

"The rings will be carried to St George's Chapel on the day of the Wedding by The Duke of Cambridge, in his capacity as Best Man."

Prince William was tasked with the job of being the ring's safekeeper until Meghan and Harry exchanged them during the ceremony.

Harry is one of only a few royal men to wear a wedding band. William chose not to have a ring when he married Kate Middleton in 2011.

Though, Harry's father, Prince Charles, does wear a wedding band underneath his signet ring on the little finger of his left hand.
