BAFTA fashion: from Fearne Cotton to Justin Timberlake and Anna Kendrick, who wore what to the TV awards

As the very best of British TV talent stepped out last night to celebrate the year's on screen successes, it fell to the likes of Anna Kendrick, Gemma Chan and Fearne Cotton to impress in the style stakes.

Anna Kendrick, who presented an award alongside fellow American star Justin Timberlake, turned out in a striking sequinned dress in hues of red and black with silver straps.

Complimenting the bold look, Kendrick's hair was tied back into a tight ponytail while her makeup was kept minimal in order to allow the dress to stand out.

Another star who stood out for all the right reasons was Gemma Chan, whose understated and elegant aesthetic never fails to land her in best dressed lists.

Wearing a dark printed chiffon dress with a cropped hem, dropped, bare shoulders and keyhole neckline detailing, Chan was the epitome of chic simplicity.

Fearne Cotton's look had mixed reviews on the night, but she undeniably worked the chiffon and lace lemon yellow gown better than most would.

Suiting her relaxed, vintage style, Cotton had her hair plaited messily to one side and kept her makeup subtle.
