AMERICAN Vice President Dick Cheney's former company Halliburton has denied it overcharged for fuel in Iraq.
Randy Harl, head of subsidiary Kellogg Brown & Root, told Pentagon auditors: 'KBR delivered fuel to Iraq at the best value, the best price and the best terms.'
