  • Anti-Social Behaviour Orders to stop ticket touts operating around Tube and rail stations.
  • Neighbourhood police teams will reclaim parks and shopping centres from gangs of yobs.
  • Set a target of 30 per cent of Met police officers from ethnic minorities and 25 per cent women.
  • A new crackdown on "hate crime" attacks based on victim's race, religion or sexual orientation.
  • Continue the work of specialist public transport police.
  • Keep the 1,000 extra officers already deployed to the frontline against terrorism and provide emergency services with "all the resources they need" to protect capital from attack.
