Ozer is a relative newcomer to the London scene, the brainchild of Mr Ozer who established the wildly successful Sofra chain of budget restaurants. The food here is described as 'modern Ottoman', and it bears little relation to either the dishes, or the pricing of London Turkish restaurants. The food is interesting, elaborately presented and chic. It probably reflects what might have happened gastronomically if Budapest had proved a little less resilient. The dining room is very elegant indeed.
