Itsu is giving away free lunch for a year – here's how to get it

With Christmas just around the corner, many businesses across the capital are getting into the festive spirit by giving away free nosh to us tired and hard working Londoners. How nice of them.

The latest food haven to get generous is Itsu. This Friday, the healthy chain is launching its Christmas social advent giveaway for 12 days, and it involves lots and lots of free sushi, dumplings and prizes worth up to £1,800. We're hoping for a brand new iPhone X, but we can't have everything.

The catch? Luckily, there isn't one.

Itsu is basically launching a brand new hot food menu and to honour the very special occasion, the company thought it would be a great idea to give us all some free calories. Think quinoa rice bowls and smokin' hot chilli chicken noodles. Sounds lush.

To be in with a chance of winning free lunch for a whole year, all you have to is follow Itsu on Instagram and like all of its daily competition posts. The winner will be chosen at random. It really is as simple as that.
