Coconut water and white guava juice

Lemon and guava came through nicely, and a hint of cinnamon
16 April 2012

What: Coconut water and white guava juice (£14.99 for a case of 12)

Where: Juiceology (tastejuiceology.com)

Taste assessment: These are designed to be used as cocktail bases so initially this tasted far too sweet without alcohol. I quickly followed the instructions, added some champagne – I reckon Prosecco would have worked too – and it came out well. You can’t taste the coconut but the lemon and guava came through nicely and there was a subtle hint of cinnamon at the end.
