Although Queen Elizabeth II’s actual birthday was way back in April, the ceremonial celebrations are about to get in full swing.

This Saturday June 11 sees the Household Cavalry commemorate Her Majesty’s 90th birthday with the annual Trooping the Colour.

The spectacular event is just one of the many being hosted to celebrate the Queen’s birthday, but Horse Guards Parade and the Mall is a good place to start.

If you're looking for a less obvious selection of ways to celebrate, there's 90 way to celebrate the Queen's 90th around West End. Browse our gallery above for the best options.

After Trooping the Colour there will also be a huge street party along the Mall, in which the Queen has invited 10,000 people.

But if you haven’t managed to get a ticket, don’t worry, as there’s plenty more to do.

The longest reigning Queen has undoubtedly made her mark on society. Plenty of tearooms and restaurants across London will be adding food royalty to their menus to commemorate Her Majesty’s birthday. And pubs, bars and palaces will also be getting in on the action.

The Royal Family are celebrated worldwide, so why not get involved in all the fun as we celebrate Queen Elizabeth II’s 90th birthday.
